It’s built for landlords and letting agents who want a faster, mobile-first workflow. Tenants use it too — but only to securely submit their information and references when invited.

How does the WhatsApp flow work?

You start a check, enter the applicant’s details (or share an invite link), and we guide the applicant through a simple WhatsApp-friendly submission. We then collect references and return everything back to your dashboard.

WhatsApp is ideal for real-world lettings: quick, familiar, and works while you’re on the move.

Do tenants need to create an account or download an app?

No. For most checks, tenants can complete the submission via WhatsApp (or a simple web form) without creating an account or downloading anything.

How does the second check free offer work?

When you buy your first tenant check, your second check is included at no extra cost. After that, checks are charged at the normal rate or deducted from your bundle.

What do I need to start a tenant check?

Typically you’ll need the applicant’s name, mobile number (WhatsApp), email, and the rental address. If you don’t have everything up front, you can still start and fill in details later.

What checks do you support?

We support tenant referencing workflows including identity verification and collecting references. Depending on your configuration, we can also support PEPs/sanctions-related checks and other compliance steps.

Do you contact referees automatically?

We can, but only with the applicant’s permission. We also prompt applicants to let referees know we’ll be contacting them to reduce delays and improve completion rates.

How long does it take to complete a check?

It depends on how quickly the applicant and referees respond. The goal is to remove friction so submissions happen quickly — often the same day — without you having to chase people across multiple channels.

How do pricing and credits work?

Agents can pay-as-you-go or purchase credit bundles. Each check uses credits in your account. You can top up anytime, and you’ll always see your remaining balance in the dashboard.

Can I use this without a laptop?

Yes — that’s the point. You can start checks, send invites, and track progress from your phone using WhatsApp. The dashboard is there when you want deeper visibility and reporting.

How do I link my WhatsApp number to my account?

When you sign up, we can link your WhatsApp ID (your mobile number) to your account so you can start checks from WhatsApp and see everything reflected in your dashboard.

Is my data stored in the UK/EU?

Yes. We host and manage data in the EU. We also use trusted subprocessors (such as Twilio for WhatsApp messaging, Stripe for payments, and Meta/Facebook where relevant). Where third parties are used, they process data only to deliver the service.

What data do you collect, and how is it used?

We only collect information needed to run the referencing workflow (e.g., applicant contact details, identity verification outputs where applicable, and reference responses). We use it to deliver the service, prevent fraud, and provide auditability.

Can applicants opt out of marketing messages?

Yes. Marketing follow-ups are separate from transactional updates about an active check. Anyone can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP.

Is this GDPR compliant?

We’re designed to support UK GDPR principles: transparency, consent where required, data minimisation, security, and clear rights requests (access, correction, deletion). We also provide clear opt-out handling for marketing.

If you’re an agent running checks, you remain responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process the applicant’s data and to provide referee contact details.

Can you integrate with my existing process or software?

What if a tenant ignores the invite?

You’ll be able to see progress, resend invites, and trigger polite reminders. We can also schedule follow-up nudges automatically to reduce drop-offs.
